原子氧环境对有保护Kapton材料基蚀作用的研究
A Study on Undercutting Effect of Protected Kapton under Atomic Oxygen Environment
【摘要】 研究了低地球轨道原子氧环境对有保护Kapton材料的基蚀作用。采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了原子氧与Kapton材料的作用过程 ,模拟结果与长期暴露装置 (LDEF)试验数据基本符合。结果表明 ,保护层缺陷尺寸对基蚀形状影响较大 ,决定了基蚀深度的大小。同时 ,考虑了非理想镜面反射作用对基蚀形状的影响
【Abstract】 Undercutting effect on protected Kapton material under atomic oxygen environment in low earth orbit is studied in this paper. The Monte Carlo method is employed to simulate the interaction of atomic oxygen with Kapton and results which match with LDEF experiment data are obtained. The results also show that defect size on protective coating is an important factor to depth of undercutting. Finally, influences on undercutting shape due to non specular reflection are considered in the paper.
