【摘要】 目的 探讨膝关节镜术的临床观察和护理。方法 采集我科1999年4月～2001年7月间施行膝关节镜手术治疗的患者40例,总结该手术前后的护理方法,并阐述了采用这些护理方法的机制。结果 本组患者护理效果良好,心理状况稳定,伤口愈合I/甲,未发生并发症,伤愈出院。结论膝关节镜术的护理,应从整体护理出发,突出个体化的护理方案。早期正确进行主被动功能锻炼,尤其是持续被动活动(Continuous Passive motion,CPM)装置练习的护理,对膝关节康复起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Clinical observation and nursing care of arthroscopy of the knee. Method From April 1999 to July 2001, 40 cases were performed by arthroscopy of knee. Experiences of the nursing care were sam-marized and the mechanism was explored. Results The group of cases were get good effect of nursing care, stabilize of psychological state and good wound healing, no complication and discharged. Conclusion Nursing care of arthroscopy of the knee must be based by nursing care of whole body. To be known all the situation of disease of care, treatment scheme and details of operation. It is the key of attach importance to presonality nursing care.
