【Abstract】 o - Methylisourea sulfate(I) was synthesized in a two step reaction with urea and dimethyl sulfate as raw material. (1) o - methylisourea hydrogene sulfate (II) was prepared from urea and dimethyl sulfate through condensation (methylation), acidolysis and hydrolysis reactions in 43% yield. (2) free o -methylisourea (III) was synthesized with (II) and sodium hydroxide in methanol solvent, (I) was synthesized with (III) and (II) in methanol solvent in 78% yield.更多还原
