【Abstract】 The economic globalization has a far reaching impact on the crime situation and crime control policy worldwide. In order for our country′s crime-control strategies to adapt to the background of economic globalization, this article presents several suggestions, such as adding more human right protection mechanism to the current criminal policy, to reform the criminal punishment system towards leniency and softness, to enhance the equality principle in criminal law and strengthen the public security protection, among others.更多还原
