【Abstract】 The witness’ appearance in court is the fundamental measure,ensuring the judicial justice.In light of the universal phenomenon that , in our judicial justice ,witnesses refuse to appear in court for giving testimony, it becomes necessary to convert judicial ideal, to institute the obligatory system of witness’ appearance in court for testimony, to perfect the witness -protection system, to carry out the privilege system for witnesses, and so forth, for the ultimate goal of effectively solving the witness’ appearance for testimony.更多还原
