【Abstract】 The technique of orthotopic allograft kidney transplantation in rats was described. Methods The orthotopic transplantation of kidney was performed with end - to - end anastomoses of renal vessels and ureters in 600 bilateral nephrectomized rats. Results The rate of success of the operation was 94. 9%. Conclusion Orthotopic kidney transplantation in rats with allografts could be easily performed animal models with a relatively rate of success.更多还原
