【Abstract】 The paper reviews the history of U. S. venture capital industry briefly, and analyzes the U. S. venture capital industry with SCP frame of modem Industrial Organization theory systematically. The research results show that high market concentration ratio and low entrance&exit barriers determine the investment behavior and market performance of U.S. venture capital industry. Last the paper probes the outlook of U. S venture capital industry and gives some suggestions to Chinese venture capital industry development.更多还原
