镍钛记忆合金骨科内固定器材临床应用
Clinical application of titanium Shape Memory Alloy in orthopeadic internal fixation devices
【摘要】 目的 :探讨采用镍钛记忆合金内固定治疗骨折的疗效。方法 :对 6 5例骨折患者进行治疗 ,其中锁骨 12例、掌指骨 12例、尺桡骨 8例、髌骨 7例、肱骨 5例、股骨 9例及胫骨 12例 ,全部使用西脉镍钛记忆合金器材内固定治疗。结果 :本组随访 6周~ 7个月 ,平均 4个月 ,骨折全部临床愈合。结论 :应用西脉镍钛记忆合金内固定治疗骨折具有创伤小 ,组织相容性好 ,骨愈合周期短 ,并发症少 ,手术操作简单等特点
【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the curative effect of Nititanium Shape Memory Alloy(SMA) internal fixation devices in treating fracture.Methods:65 catagmatic patiens were treated in titanium SMA internal fixation devices,including clavicle 12 cases,metacarpal phalange 12 cases,ulna and radius 8 cases,patella 7 cases,humerus 5 cases,femur 9 cases,tibia 12 cases.Rusults:This group patients were followed-up for 6 weeks to 8 months,average 4 months.All fracture was healed up.Conclusion:By applying Seemine SMA on internal fixation operation to treat fracture,its wound was small,tissue compatibility was good,recovery period was short,complication was few,operation was easy,etc.
