【摘要】 目的 :探讨先天性髋关节脱位的治疗。方法 :本组先天性髋关节脱位 64例 ,男 12例 ,女 5 2例 ;非手术治疗12例 ,手术治疗 5 2例 ;结果 :随访 46例 ,随访时间 1.5～ 2 0年 ,根据邸氏评定标准 ,优 19例 ,良 15例 ,欠佳 8例 ,失败 4例 ,优良率为 73 %。结论 :对先天性髋关节脱位的治疗要选择好适应证及术式 ,避免失误 ,争取最佳疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic methods and curative effect of congenital dislocation of hip joint.Methods:64 cases with congenital dislocation of hip joint were studied,male,12 cases and female 52.12 of them were treated by non operation and 52 by operation.Results:46 patients were followed up.The time of follow-up is 1.5～20 years.According:to di′s evaluating standards,the curative effeet of 19 cases were superior,15 cases favorable,8 cases poorer and 4 cases failed.The percentage of better curative effect is 73%.Conclusion:In order to achieve the best curative effect for treating the congenital dislocation of hip joint,we must choose the indication and operation style carefully and try to avoid falure.更多还原
