【摘要】 本文在总结前人工作经验的基础上 ,结合忻州市的实际 ,提出了一种新的可持续发展评价指标体系 :通过人口、资源环境、社会、经济、科技教育五个截面对区域可持续发展水平进行评价 ,每个截面又分为发展水平和发展潜力两个方面 ,分别用不同的指标来反映 .并运用这一方法对忻州市各县市 2 0 0 0年的可持续发展水平进行了评价 ,针对存在的问题 ,提出了可持续发展对策 ,旨在对忻州市的经济发展作出贡献 .本文的可持续发展评价方法也可以为其它区域的可持续发展评价提供借鉴更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the predecessors research and the facts of Xinzhou city, this article puts forward a new sustainable development assessment index system: assessing regional sustainable development through five sections: population, environment and resources, society, economy, technology and education. Each section is divided into develop level and develop potention which is descripted by different indicators. The condition of sustainable development of 14 countries in Xinzhou is assessed in this new way, and measures are then proposed to deal with the problems.
