【摘要】 目的 :总结原发性盆腔腹膜后间隙肿瘤的诊断和治疗经验。方法 :对本院收治的 3例原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤病例进行回顾性分析、归纳和总结。结果 :3例原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤的诊断正确 ,治疗得当 ,但经验与教训并存。结论 :1原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤的诊断不易 ,应与卵巢肿瘤相鉴别 ;2对盆、腹腔的子宫外包块 ,尤其是活动度差、有压迫症状的包块 ,应考虑排除腹膜后肿瘤 ;3原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤的治疗以手术切除为主 ,并作冰冻切片检查更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To sum up the experiences of diagnosis and treatment in the original pelvic post peritoneal tumor.Methods: Analyze 3 cases of the original pelvic post peritoneal tumor in our hospital.Results: The diagnosis and treatment are all right.There are still some experiences and lessons.Conclusion: ①You should distinguish the ovarian tumor when you diagnose the original pelvic post peritoneal tumor,because the correct diagnosis is very difficult;②If you find the tumor in pelvis or abdominal cavity but not in uterus,especially when it is unmovable,you should consider the original pelvic post peritoneal tumor;③The method of treat the original pelvic post peritoneal tumor is mainly resection,you should have a pathological examination.更多还原
