【Abstract】 The power-time curves of one strain petroleum bacterial growth at different NaCl concentrations have been determined by using 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor.A equation of a power-time curve, ln[aP k/P(t)-1]=ln[(aK-N 0)/N 0]-akt,was established based on the generalized logistic equation.The non-linear equation of k-D with respect to NaCl concentration was established.The value of k-D was the maximum at NaCl concentration 32.1 g ·L -1.更多还原
