【摘要】 本文通过46例早期乳腺癌的CR系统和普通钼靶片对比研究,分析和掌握CR系统在临床的应用。结果显示对比结节状影(37/29)和致密状影(9/5),以及成簇样微小钙化(29/17)、局部结构紊乱(23/15)、血管影增多、增粗(13/8)的显示图象。提示CR系统钼靶片在病灶的形态显示和病灶内部结构征象的显示方面均优于普通钼靶片。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyse and master the character of CR in clincal practice by the means of contrastive study ofCR and common manmography in diagnosis of 46 cases of early breast cancer. Results showed that nodal lesionprestented in 37 cases of CR, 27 cases of common mammography, respectively,and dense lesion in cases and 5cases, luster of micral calcified lesion in 29 cases and 15 cases, local structural alternation in 23 cases and 15cases, respectively,it is concluded that CR is priot to common mammography in presentation of conformation andin structure of lesions.更多还原
