腹透患者社会支持与抑郁关系的调查研究

【摘要】 为探讨腹膜透析(腹透)患者社会支持与抑郁的关系,采用问卷形式进行资料收集。结果显示腹透患者社会支持与抑郁呈中度负相关的关系(r=-0.48,P<0.01)。在社会支持的4种类型中,情感支持与抑郁的关系为轻度负相关(r=-0.18,P<0.05),物质支持、信息支持和评价支持分别与抑郁呈中度负相关关系(r分别为-0.41,-0.38,-0.46,P<0.05)。提示增强腹透患者的社会支持,尤其是物质支持和信息支持,可以防止或减少抑郁的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the approach to the relations between social support to the patients suffering from peritonealdialysis and their depression, investigation forms are adopted to collect the information. The result shows thatthe relations between social support and depression is medium negative related (r=-0.48, P<0.01). Among thefour types of social support, the relations between emotion support and depression is light negative related (r=-0.18, P<0.05). And medium negative related relations form between depression and material support,information support and evaluation support respectively (i. e. r=-0.41,-0.3. 8,-0.46, P <0.05).
