【摘要】 分别在标本组、对照组和实验组的 CT片上测量术前及术后椎弓根螺钉钉道的水平偏角 ,与解剖学的椎弓根 e角数据比较 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :下胸椎和上腰椎椎弓钉道的水平偏角均 >e角 ,下腰椎椎弓钉道的水平偏角均 <e角 ,椎弓根 e角不能作为椎弓根螺钉钉道的水平夹角 ,椎弓根的轴线一般也不能作为椎弓根螺钉通道的轴线 ,两者对比有较大差异。根据其差异和特点 ,使用水平偏角仪指导临床操作 ,能有效地提高椎弓根螺钉的打入质量更多还原

【Abstract】 The preoperative and postoperative level angle of screw track of the pedicle in CT films in the specimen group, the control group and the test group, were compared with e angle of the pedicle in the anatomy and analyse them in statistics. The results showed that the level angle of screw track of the pedicle of both the caudal thoracic vertebrae and the cranial lumbar vertebrae are larger than the e angle, while the level angle of the pedicle in the caudal lumbar vertebrae are smaller than the e angle. So the e angle of the pedicle can’t be done as the level angle of screw track of the pedicle, and the axis of the pedicle can’t be done as the axis of screw track of the pedicle, there is obvious difference between them. According to the difference and the feature, the level angle instrument 18 can be directed the clinical operation and improved the quality of the installation of the pedicle screws.更多还原
