【摘要】 应用免疫单扩散法测定 5 5例重症肌无力 (MG)患者和 41例健康对照者血清中补体 (C1 q、C3 、C4、C9、C1 -INH因子、B因子 )的浓度。结果发现 ,MG患者 C1 -INH因子浓度明显高于健康对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 C1 q和C9明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;并且 ,随着受累肌群的增加 ,C1 q和 C9有降低的趋势 ,而 C1 -INH因子有升高趋势 ;其它补体成分的浓度与对照组相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。16例 MG初诊患者用药后 ,C9浓度显著升高 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,C1 q增高趋势及 C1 -INH因子下降趋势均明显 ,但三者均未恢复至正常水平 (P<0 .0 1)。提示对 MG患者测定血清补体 ,有助于进行动态观察 ,并可作为判断病情严重程度 (活动性 )的客观指标更多还原

【Abstract】 By using immune simple diffuse,the levels of the complements(C 1q ?C 3?C 4?C 9?C 1 INH factor?Bf)were measured in the sera from 55 MG patients and 41 controls Concentrations of C 9 and C 1q in MG patients were much lower than these in controls,while the concentration of C 1 INH rose significantly(P<0 001) With more skeletal muscles affected,both the tendency of the decline of C 9 and C 1q and that of the elevation of C 1 INH were more obvious The difference of the concentrations of the other complements between MG patients and controls had no statistical significance The levels of complements in the sera of 16 MG patients were also measured dynamically The concentration of C 9 significantly elevated after immune treatment(P<0 001),while the tendency of the decline of C 1 INH and the elevation of C 1q was obvious,all of them were not normal yet The test suggests that defecting of the levels of the complements in MG patients has attributions to mobile MG and maybe an objective index in determing the disease severity更多还原
