【摘要】 目的 :研究眼球后段金属异物外路摘除术中巩膜表面径线定位新方法 ,以提高眼后段异物摘除手术效果。方法 :遵循离体及在体眼球巩膜表面的解剖学标志定论 ,将 95例眼球后段异物患者 ,依据术前X线摄片所示眼内不同位置 ,术中选用眼外肌、涡静脉、睫状后长动脉径线定位切口摘除异物。结果 :此法与 2 0例角膜缘缝线标志法术后效果进行比较 ,前者一次性切口异物摘出成功率 ,脱盲脱残率 ,并发症发生率等均优于后者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :解剖学标志定位 ,方法简单 ,创伤小 ,准确性高 ,可避免术中牵拉眼球旋转所造成的径线位误差 ,是外路异物摘出术中一种较为可靠的径线位新方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a new location method of foreign body in the posterior segment according to the marks on sclera surface, to improve the effect of extraction of foreign body in the ocular posterior segment. Methods: According to the position of foreign body on the X-ray, 95 cases of intraocular foreign body were operated by means of the marks of vortex vein and posterior ciliary artery on the sclera surface and compared with 20 cases operated by the marks of corneal limbus. Result: In experimental group,the rate of postoperative success was higher and the rate of complication was lower than those of control group. In addition, by this method,large damage to the eye and location error resulted from dragging eye can be avoided. Conclusion: Extraction of metal intraocular foreign body according to the marks on sclera surface is a dependable and exact method.更多还原
