【摘要】 目的 :探讨更优良的鼻科手术入路 ,以缩短手术切口 ,不遗留瘢痕 ,扩大手术适应证范围。方法 :切开上唇、唇龈沟和梨状孔黏膜 ,从骨膜面分离、牵开组织瓣 ,充分暴露梨状孔和上颌骨前部结构 ,以处理鼻腔深部病变。结果 :11例均满意地去除了病变 ,切口均一期愈合 ,未遗留明显瘢痕。结论 :该手术进路能理想地暴露术野 ,操作方便、实用 ,减少了术后瘢痕和畸形 ,且减少了对面部的损伤更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a better operating pathway for rhinology operation to shorten the incision,lessen scar and increase the surgical indications. Method:Clinical application and observation were carried out on 11 patients,which contrasted sharply with traditional lateral rhinotomy.The pathway was through upper-lip,lip-gingival groove and formen peared.Result:11 patients were satisfied removed the pathdo-gical process without obvious scars. Conclusion:The pathway through the upper-lip,lip-gingival groove and formen peared can thoroughly expose the surgical field and lessen postoperative scars.更多还原
