【摘要】 目的 :探讨挫伤性前房积血的治疗及并发症的预防。方法 :挫伤性前方积血 4 3例 ,全身应用降眼压、皮质激素和止血药治疗 ,必要时行尿激酶球注或前房冲洗术。结果 :除继发性青光眼 1例 ,角膜血染 1例外 ,余者视力均有提高 ,其中 2 0例视力恢复至 1.0以上。结论 :挫伤性前方积血的合理、适时治疗 ,有助于提高视力 ,减少并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect and the prevention of complication on contusion hyphema. Method: 43 patients with contusion hyphema were used hormone and styptic medicine.If necessary urokinase was injected under conjunctiva or anterior chamber was washed with urokinse. Result: The vision of all patients had progress except one case having secondary glaucoma and one case having blood staining of cornea. The vision of 20 cases had recovered to 1.0. Conclusion: It is very important to treat the contusion hyphema rationally and properly for raising vision and reducing complication.更多还原
