【摘要】 目的 :探讨伯克纳在功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术后的疗效。方法 :随机将 82例患者分组 ,对比应用伯克纳及未应用伯克纳的疗效。结果 :两组在术腔清洁时间 ,术后黏膜病变出现早晚等无明显差异 ,但应用伯克纳组术腔黏膜完全上皮化的时间明显早于未应用组。结论 :伯克纳难以缩短术腔清洁时间 ,也不能阻止或延缓息肉、囊泡、肉芽、黏连等病变的出现 ,但能促进黏膜上皮化 ,促进创面愈合 ,预防复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of the Beconas nasal spray in the postoperative period of the functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS).Methods:82 patients were divided into two groups,group with Beconas nasal spray and group without it.Result:No difference was found in clearing time of operative cavity and the time of mucous disease of the postoperation.But significant difference was found in mucous epithelization.Conclusion:Beconas nasal spray can not short the stage of clearing operative cavity.It can not stop the appearance of the disease,such as vesicles,minipolyps,granulation tissue,etc.However,it may accelerate mucous epithelization and the operative cavity heal.It may prevent disease regeneration,too.更多还原
