【摘要】 目的 :研究耳内窥镜下取颞肌筋膜修补鼓膜穿孔的疗效。方法 :鼓膜穿孔 30例、4 0耳 ,在耳内窥镜下取颞肌筋膜修补鼓膜穿孔。结果 :显效 2 0耳 (5 0 % ) ,有效 17耳 (42 .5 % ) ,无效 3耳 (7.5 % ) ,总有效率为92 .5 %。术后听力与术前相比 ,气导提高 30dB2 0耳 ,提高 2 0dB12耳 ,提高 10dB5耳 ,未提高 3耳。结论 :耳内窥镜下用颞肌筋膜修补鼓膜穿孔 ,方法简便 ,成功率高 ,疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the result of repairing tympanic membrane perforation with fascia temporal muscle under ear endoscope.Method:30 patients (40 ears) with tympanic membrane perforation were repaired with fascia musculus temporalis under endoscope.Result:The marked effect rate was 50% (20 ears),effect rate was 42.5% (17 ears),no effect rate was 7.5%(3 ears).The general effective rate was 92.5%.30 patients (40 ears) were operated through pure-tone test,the hearing were improved 30dB in 20 ears,20dB in 12 ears,10dB in 5 ears,and no improvement in 3 ears.Conclusion:Repairing tympanic membrane perforation with fascia musculus temporalis under ear endoscope is simple and practical and effect in clinical application.更多还原
