干湿法熄焦对焦炭强度影响的对比分析
Comparison Analyses of Influences of Coke Dry Quenching and Coke Water Quenching on Coke Strength
【摘要】 通过测定焦炭强度和水分 ,对干法熄焦和湿法熄焦对焦炭质量的影响进行了对比分析。结果表明 :干熄焦炭提高了成熟度 ,减少了微裂纹的产生 ,改善了内部结构 ,其抗碎强度 M40比湿熄焦炭提高了 6% ,焦炭水分降低 5 %。
【Abstract】 The influences of coke dry quenching and coke water quenching on coke strength are compared and analyzed through determining the coke strength and water content. The results show that the maturity of dry quenched coke is increased, the crack initiation is decreased, the internal structure is ameliorated, the broken strength M40 that compares with it of water quenched coke is increased by 6% and the water content in the coke is reduced by 5%.
