【摘要】 三辊轧机安全接手法兰 (二 )与主减速机低速齿轮轴采用的是无键联接装配。为了实现二者的有效联接 ,对三辊轧机安全接手法兰 (二 )的受力进行了分析 ,并合理选择二者的装配过盈量 ,以最大可能地减少或者消除法兰 (二 )在低速轴上的转动角度 ,在包容件不发生塑性变形的情况下 ,实现了二者的有效配合更多还原

【Abstract】 Non key coupling is fitted between flange (2) of the safety clutch in three high rolling mill and low speed gear axis of direct speed down machine In order to realize the effective coupling, the accepting force of flange (2) of the safety clutch in three high rolling mill is analyzed, and the magnitade assembly interference of them is selected reasonably, thereby the rotation angle of flange on low-speed axis can be reduced or eliminated farthest In the condition of containing part without plastic deformation, the fit between flange (2) and low speed axis can be realized effectively更多还原
