【摘要】 目的 :观察用溶栓疗法治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法 :选择超早期急性脑梗死患者32例 ,用天普洛欣行静脉溶栓治疗并观察其IL 1、IL 2、IL 6、TNF等血细胞因子、神经功能缺损评分 (欧洲卒中评分 )和 3个月后的每日生活指数 (Barthel指数 )变化。结果 :溶栓治疗后患者血细胞因子IL 1、IL 2、IL 6、TNF等明显下降 ;欧洲卒中评分和 3个月后的Barthel指数明显改善。结论 :溶栓治疗急性脑梗死是有效的方法 ,能提高患者生存率及生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thrombolytic therapy on acute cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:Thirty two CI patients were treated with urokinase intavenous thrombolytic therapy and were observed in regard to IL 1, IL 2, IL 6, TNF,ESS and three month Barthel index.Results:After thrombolytic therapy IL 1, IL 2, IL 6 and TNF were significantly decreased ,and ESS and three month Barthel index were markedly improved.Conclusion:The results show that thrombolytic therapy is effective and can improve CI patients’survival rate and life quality.更多还原
