【摘要】 目的 :探讨“克立格”法及其在医学地图中的应用价值。方法 :在疾病空间相关 自相关假设下 ,定义疾病空间化变量 ,提出疾病空间变量的二阶平稳性假设 ,构造疾病空间变异函数模型 ,建立“克立格”空间估计方程组 ,实现“克立格”定量医学地图的计算机绘图自动化。结果 :获得“克立格”医学地图 ,定量分析HFRS空间分布特点。结论 :该方法可以准确定量刻画疾病空间分布特点 ,有利于解释疾病的地理流行病学机制和制定区域防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore Kriging mapping and its applications in medical map. Methods: Based on the spatial correlation or auto correlation hypotheses, the variograms model and Kriging equations were built by spatial variable of disease, and computer automatization of medical Kriging mapping was carried out. Results: The medical Kriging mapping was obtained, and spatial distribution of disease was quantitated by this mapping. Conclusion: Kriging mapping, can not only quantitate the spatial distribution of disease, but also help to explain geographic epidemiology mechanisms of disease and to institute regional regionalized preventive measures.更多还原
