【Abstract】 D Penicillamine was prepared successfully by a single step reaction. Under nitrogen, benzylpenicillin potassium salt was dissolved in a mixture of water, toluene and acetic acid. Stirring was carried out at room temperature for a few minutes and aniline was then added. The product was obtained under refluxing for additional five hours. Structure and purity of the product were confirmed by 1 H NMR and specific rotatory power. The yield of D Penicillamine was 64%.更多还原
