热镀锌渣电解精炼制取纯锌初探
Production of Pure Zine by Electrorefinement of Hot Galvanizing Slag
【摘要】 Zn Cl2 - NH4 Cl溶液体系中进行热镀锌渣的电解精炼是处理热镀锌渣的全新工艺 .该文重点研究各工艺参数诸如电流密度、电解液成分、电解温度、电解周期等对实际电解精炼效果的影响 ,确定最佳电解工艺条件为 :[Zn2 + ]=4 0 g/ L,[NH4 Cl]=2 5 0 g/ L,Dk=2 5 0 A/ m2 ,t=35℃ .同时得出随着阳极含铁量的变化 ,直流电耗与其它指标均有所变化 .
【Abstract】 Electrorefinement of hot galvanizing slag in ZnCl 2 NH 4Cl electrolyte is a new technology. This paper mainly studies the influence of parameters such as current density, composition of electrolyte, temperature, and electrolysis period on the actual electrorefining processes. It is demonstrated that the optimal electrorefining conditions are [Zn 2+ ]=40 g/L, =250 g/L, D k =250 A/m 2, t =35 ℃. Additionally, DC consumption and other indexes also change with the increase of Fe content in the anode.
