【摘要】 以不同浓度酒精对家兔进行耳缘静脉滴注 ,观察酒精对家兔高频心电图 (HighFrequencyElectrocardiogram ,HFECG)的影响。结果发现 :随酒精滴注时间的延长 ,P—R段延长 ,QRS波群增宽 ,Vpp值降低 ,J—T间期缩短 ,切迹、扭挫数增多 ,高频频段相对能量降低 ,且均有显著性差异 ,表明酒精导致家兔心电活动发生紊乱 ,对心脏有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute effects of ethanol on High Frequency Electrocardiogram(HFECG) in rabbit were observed. We found that P-R segment and the duration of QRS complex were prolonged,the peak to peak amplitude of QRS complex was decreased,the J-T duration was reduced and the number of notches and slurs was more than that of before ethanol. On power spectrum analysis,high frequency was increased. These results indicate ethanol interfered cardiac electroactivity.更多还原
