水分胁迫与活性氧代谢

【摘要】 水分胁迫使植物细胞产生大量的活性氧 ,而植物体内的酶促和非酶促清除系统不能及时地将其清除 ,使活性氧的产生能力大于清除能力 ,从而使体内的活性氧代谢失调 ,对植物造成伤害。文中综述了水分胁迫下活性氧代谢 :(1)水分胁迫会通过多条途径来增加活性氧自由基的产生 ,从而造成对植物的伤害 ;(2 )活性氧的清除系统在活性氧自由基的清除中发挥着重要的作用 ,水分胁迫对各种保护酶的影响是不同的 ;(3)活性氧代谢与植物的抗旱能力有着密切的关系 ,它们可以作为抗旱性品种鉴定和选育的参考指标。文中还就活性氧代谢的进一步研究提出了建议。

【Abstract】 The imposition of water stress leads to increase production of active oxygen in plant cell, but active oxygen species can’t be scavenged in time by enzymatic and no enzymatic protecting system in plant and the producing capacity of active oxygen is better than scavenging capacity. So active oxygen metabolism doesn’t balance and damages the plant. It discusses active oxygen metabolism in the water stress:(1) active oxygen species is produced by someways in the water stress and it may damage the plant; (2) the scavenging system of active oxygen species has a very important pole in the scavenging active oxygen species and the change of all kinds of protective enzyme in the water stress is very differerent.; (3) active oxygen metabolism has very intimate relation to the drought resistance of the plant, they may serve as the reference indexes to evaluate the drought resistant capacity and drought resistant Breeding.Suggestion has been proposed for further study on active oeygen.
