现代市场经济与中国经济体制改革——对十六大报告“经济建设和经济体制改革”部分内容的认识和理解
Modern market economy and economic system reform in China
【摘要】 建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制是我国 2 1世纪头二十年经济建设和改革的主要任务之一。现代市场经济的基本构架包括市场机制、政府调控、经济法规和社会保障四个部分。本文密切结合我国实际 ,对建立和完善市场机制、政府调控、经济法规和社会保障相关制度的若干问题进行了阐述和探讨。
【Abstract】 One of the main tasks in the future 20 years is to establish and improve the market economy system in China.The basic factors of market economy are market mechanism,government regulation,economic laws and social guarantee.This paper makes some analyses and explanations on the problems above.
