【Abstract】 The chromosome number and karyotype of Rehmannia glutinosa(Gaert.)Li-bosch.were studied. The results showed that the chromosome number of the species is 2n=56,and its karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x=56=38m+18sm,and the composition of relative length of chromosome is 2n=56=30M2+26M1,belonging to type"2A"of Stebbins karyotype asymmetry.更多还原
