【摘要】 目的 了解系统家庭治疗对人格障碍的疗效。方法 20例人格障碍的患者被随机分为A组(系统家庭治疗组),B组(药物治疗组),进行临床对照研究。采用GAS进行疗效评定,每2周进行一次。治疗结束后对人格障碍的家庭社会问题的改进进行评定。结果 A组有效,B组无效,对家庭社会问题改进A组明显优于B组。结论 系统家庭治疗可以明显改进人格障碍的家庭社会问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of systemic family therapy in the treatment of personality disorders. Method A clinical controlled study was conducted in 20 patients with personality disorders who were randomly divided into group A(systemic family therapy) and group B(drug therapy) . The evaluation of effect was made according to GAS per 2 weeks. The improvement of family and social problems were evaluated at the end of treatment. Results Group A appeared efficiency, but group B didn’t. The improvement of family and social problems in group A was obviously better than that of group B. Conclusion Systemic family therapy can obviously improve family and social problems of personality disorders.更多还原
