氢化物—原子荧光法测定水中痕量砷、硒、汞
Determination of Trace Arsenic,Selenium and Mercury in Water by Hydride-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用氢化物—原子荧光法测定水中痕量的砷、硒、汞 ,该法大大提高了灵敏度 ,砷、硒、汞的检出限分别为 0 .40μg/ L、0 .5 0μg/ L及 0 .0 4μg/ L ,水样的加标回收率在 95 %~ 10 5 %之间 ,其相对标准偏差小于 5 .0 %。该方法已成功地用于大批量水样中砷、硒、汞的测定
【Abstract】 The determination of trace arsenic (As),selenium (Se) and mercury (Hg) by hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) is introduced in this paper , the sensitivitis of the determination are raised greatly . The detection limits are found to be 0.40 μg/L, 0.50 μg/L, and 0.04 μg/L for As,Se and Hg respectively. The recovery ratios of the method are 95 %~105 %,and the RSD’s are lower than 5.0 %.The method has been applied successfully in a large number of water samples.
