【摘要】 为了便于铸钢件生产材料的管理和成本测算程序化 ,作者引进物流管理理念 ,以VC + +和PowerBuilder6 .0为开发工具 ,采用面向对象(OOP)技术研究开发了一套基于物流的铸钢件生产材料成本测算软件CACE (ComputerAidedCostEs timation) .本软件通过与铸造工艺CAD的数据接口成功实现了系统集成以及对CAD数据的读取、查询、保存等管理工作 .利用该软件可进行产品材料的定额管理 ,达到合理使用资源、节约材料的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 A set of management system CACE(Computer Aided Cost Estimation) is introduced,which is used for the management of production materials and the cost estimation in the production of cast steel products. Developed via OOP technique using VC++ and Power Builder 6.0, this system is based on the theory of material handling. The interface between technology CAD and CACE is one of key techniques. After the CAD of casting process people may do the quantum organization of materials with the help of this system, aiming at the reasonable exploitation and economization of materials.更多还原
