【摘要】 目的　应用伊红 Y水试验结合低渗肿胀试验对 10例生育男性和 10例不育男性及 2 5例无精子睾丸穿刺的精子做精子膜功能的评估与研究。方法　通过两种试验对精子膜功能的完整性、特别是睾丸穿刺精子的功能做质量判断。结果　睾丸穿刺精子伊红 Y水试验头部着色率 38.4 5± 15 .39% ;尾部肿胀率 34.5 1± 14 .5 8% ;均低于生育组和不育组。结论　当睾丸穿刺精子 ,精子膜功能实验阳性率 <10 %应考虑放弃做 ICSI更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the sperm membrane function with eosin Y and hyposmotic swelling test.Methods The sperms (especially those obtained from percutaneous testicular aspirating)quality and the integrity of sperm membrane function were assessed by these two tests in 10 fertile,10 infertile and 25 azoospermia males(sperm obtained from percutaneous testicular aspirating).Results The sperm head stained rate and the tail swellingt rate were 38.45±15.39% and 34.51±14.58% respectively,both of which were lower than those of fertile group and infertile group.This result suggests that the ICSI should be cancelled if the positive rate of sperm membrane function is less than 10%.更多还原
