成都地区心血管病综合危险因素调查常见危险因素现状——7288例人群分析
Epidemiological survey(1999~2000)on cardiovascular risk factors in Chengdu area -an analysis of 7288 cases
【摘要】 目的 本研究试图了解当前成都地区心血管疾病趋势有关信息 ,为防治提供依据。方法 整群抽样 72 88人 ,居住 3年以上 ,年龄 18~ 80岁 ,调查一般人口统计学指标 ,烟酒嗜好 ,人均收入 ,个人及家族史 ,查体 ,血压 ,心率 ,体重指数及血液有关生化参数。结果 本组人群吸烟率 2 4 .0 % ,5 0~ 60岁为高峰段 ,男性尤甚 ,饮酒率 3 8% ,白酒为主。体重指数平均 2 2 .4 ,较 10年前增加 ,超重 (≥ 2 5 )及肥胖 2 3 .6% ,血压 ;血脂、尿酸水平在正常高限 ;高血压标化患病率 15 .4 5 % ,血脂异常者亦较高 ( TC≥ 5 .72 mmol/ L者 17.97% ,TG≥ 2 .3者 13 .4 % ,低 HDL <0 .91者 8.2 9% ) ,危险因素常有簇集现象 ,除年龄 ,性别外 ,83 .6%有一种以上危险因素。结论 成都地区各项危险因素均较高 ,高血压、血脂、体重进一步恶化 ,未来 10~ 2 0年 ,心脑血管病将更严重威胁我市。改善生活方式 ,并对上述危险因素进一步研究及防治是当务之急。
【Abstract】 Objective This survey was conducted in an attempt to acquire information about the eqidemic situation,trend and risk factors of cardiovascular disease(CVD) in Chengdu area and provide a basis for the relevant prevention and treatment.Methods By cluster sampling,a population of 7288 male and female subjects were included in the survey;they were 18~79years old and had resided in the area for over 3 years.The data on demographic indicaters,mean income,medical and family history,physical examination,body mass index,habits,and laboratory examination were collected and analyzed. Results It was found that in this population the smoking rate was 24.0% (42.2% for the male,1.4% for the female);the drinking rate 38%,mainly wine;the mean BMI 22.4,overweight(BMI 25~29.9)23.03%,obesity(BMI≥30)1.77%;the prevalence of hypertension 15.45% total cholesterol≥5.72mmol/L 17.97%,triglyceride≥2.3mmol/L 13.4 %,HDL<0.91mmol/L,8.47% serum glucose≥7.0mmol/L 3.09%.While age and sex were not taken into account,83.6% of the subjects were found to have one or more risk factors. Conclusion From this survey,it is suggested that the prevalence of cardiovascular disease and its relative risk factors in Chengdu area have increased rapidly and significantly.The primary and secondary prevention for CVD should be a task of top priority in the coming years.
