多种PCR-微孔板核酸杂交法同时检测三种病原体DNA的临床应用

【摘要】 目的 :应用一种同时检测沙眼衣原体、解脲脲原体和淋病奈瑟菌三种病原体DNA的方法对临床标本进行检测。方法 :采用多重PCR 核酸探针杂交技术 ,对泌尿生殖系统传播疾病 (STD)有症状者分泌物 ,用同一份处理标本与常规PCR法比较。结果 :检测 186分标本 ,沙眼衣原体、解脲脲原体和淋病奈瑟菌检出率分别为 2 4 1%、5 0 0 %和2 9 0 % ,并有 2 5 2 %的双重感染和 6 6 %的三重复合感染。结论 :本法快捷、简便、特异性好 ,同时确诊多重感染

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect DNA of C. trachomatis, U.urealyticum and N.gonorrhoeae in clinical samples simultaneously. Methods:With multi-PCR-nucleic-acid probe, We tested the secretion specimens from STD patients with clinical symptoms and compared the results with those of the routine PCR. Results:186 samples were tested,the positive rate of C.trachomatis was 24.1%; U.urealyticum 50%; N.gonorrhoeae 29%,and the double infection rate was 25%,multi-infection rate 6.6%.Conclusion: This test is a rapid,easy way with a good specificity; also can be used to diagnose multi-infection.
