【摘要】 本试验选择 2 1头长白×荣昌杂交 1代仔猪 ,对出生后 2 5日龄内不同日龄的消化系统采用解剖观测比较方法进行系统的研究。结果发现 :2 5日龄内仔猪消化系统及其各肠管的重量变化先于体重变化 ,长度变化略快于体长 ,大肠、小肠形态学和组织学的变化有先后性、阶段性和不均衡性 ;胃、肝增重明显高于体重 ,胃、肠、肝的组织学变化显著 ,胃容积变化极为显著 ,胆囊容积 1— 3d和 2 0— 2 5d变化极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,胆汁pH 6 .0— 6 .7,胰腺重量 1— 3d增加极显著 (P <0 .0 1)。更多还原

【Abstract】 21 piglets（Landrace×Rongchang） were chosen to be dissected and observed. The result showed that from 1₂5 days-age,the lenth and weight of intestine increase faster than that of the body. The weight of stomach and liver increases faster than that of the body. The histological change of intestines showed difference in different stages. Stomach content increases rapidly. Bile gladder content increases from 1 to 3 days-age and 20 to 25 days-age（P<0.01）. The weight of pancreas increases significantly from 1 to 3 days-age（P<0.01）.更多还原
