【摘要】 近 10多年来 ,世界教育呈现私营化趋势 ,中国民办教育重新崛起 ,蓬勃发展。四川民办教育也获得长足发展 ,并取得显著成就 ,但也存在不少问题与困难。在西部大开发和“入世”的大背景下 ,全省上下应当提高认识 ,依法治教 ,发展重点 ,加强督导与评估 ,广泛吸纳国内外资金 ,加强中外合作办学 ,促进四川民办教育更加蓬勃健康地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The recent 10 years witnesses a tendency of education being privately operated in the world, a sudden re-emergence of education run by the local people in China, and a great development and achievement of such kind of education in Sichuan. It shows great prospect but has quite a few problems. In the setting of great development of West China and China’s WTO entry, the whole province needs to improve recognition, administer education by law, extensively absorb funds abroad as well as at home, lay stress on the key point, strengthen supervision and evaluation, and enhance sino-foreign cooperation, to impel its greater healthier development.更多还原
