【摘要】 以浙江省柯桥、柳市两镇为例,调查分析了我国东部较发达农村地区女性劳动力与农村的发展。调查发现,改革开放及经济社会的发展已明显提高和改变了那里农村女性劳动力的社会地位及家庭角色;农村女性劳动力充分发挥了家庭、社会双重“半边天”的作用,有力地促进了当地农村的改革开放及经济社会的迅速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey in Keqiao and Liushi towns of Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the relationships between the situation of female rural labor force and rural development in the relative developed rural areas of the East China. It indicates that the social status and the roles in the family of female labor have been significantly improved. The female labors play a role of "half the world" in both their family and the society , and substantially contribute to the rapid socio -economic development in the rural.更多还原
