利用酵母菌净化玉米淀粉工业废水的研究
THE STUDY OF PURIFICATION OF WASTEWATER FROM MAIZE STARCH PROCESSING BY YEAST
【摘要】 玉米淀粉工业废水是高浓度有机废水 ,酵母菌能以其为营养基质进行生长繁殖。在生长过程中不仅可获得单细胞蛋白质 ,同时直接净化了玉米淀粉工业废水。所用菌种为白地霉和扣囊拟内孢霉。本课题研究了无机盐、菌体培养时间及废水中的溶氧量对这两种菌净化玉米淀粉工业废水的影响。废水 COD去除率 90 %以上 ,净化后废水 p H值 7左右 ,达到了国家污水排放标准
【Abstract】 The wastewter from maize starch processing is an organic one with high concentration. Yeast can grow and breed when using it nutrient matrix. In the process of growing, they can not only produce SCP, but also purify the wastewater directly. The effect of inorganic salt, cultivating time of organism and the amount of dissolving oxygen in the wastewater on the two organism was researched. The experiment showed that the rate of removal COD was no less than 90% and the pH of purified wastewater was about 7.
