振动流化床中微细粒级钛精矿的传热特性
Heat Transfer Characteristics of Ilmenite Fine-particles in an Aerated Vibro-fluidized Beds with Horizontal Heating Tubes
【摘要】 用水平探头测定了微细粒级钛精矿振动流化床与浸没水平管间的传热系数 ,分析了操作气速、振幅、振动频率等因素对传热过程的影响。实验结果表明 :大致在 0 .2m/s的操作气速、2mm左右的振幅及 90 0~ 10 0 0次 /min的振动频率下 ,水平换热管的传热系数达到最大值 ,约为 10 0 0W·m-2 ·K-1。为微细粒级钛精矿的高效节能干燥提供了实验依据。
【Abstract】 The heat transfer coefficients between ilmenite fine particles and horizontal heating tubes in an aerated vibro fluidized bed were measured with a horizontal gauging rod. The effects of such factors as gas velocity,vibration amplitude and vibrating frequency on the heat transfer were analyzed.It is found that the gas velocity of 0.2 m/s,the amplitude of vibration of 2 mm and the vibrating frequency from 15 to 16.7 Hz are preferable conditions operation of the aerated vibro fluidized bed drier,with heat transfer coefficient reaching up to 1000 W·m -2 ·K -1 ,which provides a valuable information for the design of an efficient drier of ilmenite fine particles.
