【Abstract】 This paper introduces a more feasible way dereloped in the research of water balance and water resources. This method has resolved the computation problem of the natural flood affected by the water-resources projects according to the hydrologic properties and water balance theory of regional flood(the pith question for analysing surface water resources). This method has been used in some research work,such as German-Sino cooperated food security project area in Shandong province and acquired better resule has been obtained.更多还原
