【摘要】 ZTY2 65天然气压缩机是以二冲程发动机作为动力源的二级活塞式压缩机 ,针对此压缩机 ,本文作者研制了ZTY 2 65天然气压缩机动态压力测试系统。它采用笔记本电脑及高速数据采集器 ,并配以光电编码器及处理电路 ,使得测试系统采样分辨率高 ,可进行多路参数同时采样。本系统采用自制的软件 ,对上止点相位和误差进行了深入的研究 ,使测试系统具有较高的精度和抗干扰能力。所研制的测试系统在ZTY2 65天然气压缩机上进行了试验 ,得出了较精确的示功图和主要性能参数更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper develops a dynamic pressure test system for ZTY265 natural gas compressor which is a two step piston type compressor and driven by two stroke internal combustion engines.By using portable computer,high speed sampling controller,photo electricity coder and its dealing circuit,the system has high distinguishing rate of sampling,and it can sample multi parameters at the same time.By using self made test software,the dynamic top stopping point of piston and test error are studied carefully,so the test system has high precision and anti disturbance.The accreate indicated diagram and parameters of ZTY265 natural gas compressor obtained by using the system.更多还原
