音乐人才的需求预测方法浅析
Analysis of Methods for Predicting the Demand of Music Talents
【摘要】 本文作者通过社会主义市场经济对音乐人才需求状况的分析 ,认为为了避免音乐人才在培养、使用方面的浪费 ,应选用正确的预测音乐人才需求的方法。而在诸多方法中 ,数学的方法是最适用的。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the supply and demencl of music talents in socialist market economy.It asserts to take a reasonable method to predict the demand of music talents for reducing the waste of music talents resources in use and train.Among many methods,the mathematical method is a best reasonable one.
