教师综合素质的模糊测评方法
A Fuzzy Model of Evaluation to Test the Overall Quality of Teachers
【摘要】 提出了教师综合素质不易量化的问题 ;介绍了模糊综合测评模型 ;探讨了该模型在教师综合素质测评中的具体使用方法。
【Abstract】 It is often difficult to evaluate a teacher’s overall quality quantitatively. This essay proposes a fuzzy comprehensive testing model and explains its procedure in usage when evaluating a teacher’s overall quality.
