油菜OguC MS与诸葛菜属间杂种F1的快速繁殖
Rapid Propagation in vitro of the Intergeneric Hybrid F1 between Brassica napus with OguCMS and Orychophragmus violaceus
【摘要】 作者通过摸索建立了适宜于油菜OguCMS与诸葛菜属间杂种F1的快速繁殖方法 .发现MS+ 6 BA 1.0mg/L +NAA 0 .1mg/L适宜于诱导丛芽 ,丛芽增殖系数高达 3.5 ;MS +NAA 0 .1mg/L适宜于诱导生根 .
【Abstract】 A method was found which is suit for rapid propagation of the intergeneric hybrid F1 between Brassica napus with OguCMS and Orychophragmus violaceus.The MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.0mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L adapts to inducing the hybrid F 1 burgeoning and the multiplication coefficient may reach 3.5,and the hybrid F1 can root on the MS medium with NAA 0.1mg/L.
