【Abstract】 The leaf pieces of aseptic shoots were inoculated on MS medium contained 0.5mg/L NAA in the conditions which temperature was 25℃, the intensity of illumination was 5000lx and 10h photoperiod, a lot of calli was induced from leaf pieces. Buds could appear on the faces of calli on MS medium contained 0.05mg/L NAA and 1.5mg/L 6-BA. Roots should form in MS medium contained 0.1mg/L IAA. The authors still discussed the relation of dedifferentiation and redifferentiation of leaf cells of tobacco with plant hormone, sucrose and culture materials.更多还原
