2,4-D和根瘤菌对烟草类根瘤形成的影响
Effect of 2,4-D and Rhizobia on Nodulation of Tobacco
【摘要】 烟草再生植株在含有 0 .3mg/L 2 ,4 D和 5× 10 8个 /L豌豆根瘤菌的Jensen培养基中 ,可以在其根部形成大量近似半球形和球形的类根瘤 .烟草再生植株的结瘤除受制于 2 ,4 D和根瘤菌的浓度外 ,还与根瘤菌的种类和加入根瘤菌与 2 ,4 D的时期有关 .
【Abstract】 A lot of para-nodules of approximate hemosphere and sphere could form on their roots of regeneration plantlets of tobacco in Jensen medium contained 0.3mg/L 2,4-D and 5×10 8/L R.Leguminosarum. The effect of nodulation was relation with the consistency of 2,4-D and rhizobium, the species of rhizobium and the time added rhizobium and 2,4-D.
