【摘要】 作者使用两次染色体步移 (Genomewalking)法 ,从籼稻 (Oryzasativasubsp .indica)IR36中克隆到长度为 5 6 9bp的花粉 proiflin基因的启动子片段 ,并进行了全序列测定和分析 .结果表明 :在该段序列中含有 3个TATAbox ,3个CAATbox和 2个G box .通过EPD(TheEukaryoticPromoterDatabase)的比较发现 ,序列的 + 2～ - 71区域与番茄 (Lycopersiconescu lentum)花粉特异基因LAT5 2 ,向日葵 (Helianthusannuus)花药特异基因SF2启动子关键序列的同源性为 5 0 %左右更多还原

【Abstract】 The promoter of pollen profilin gene in rice was cloned through twice genome walking and it was fully sequenced and analyzed.This sequence includes two TATA box,three CAAT box and two G box.The results of searching in the Eukaryotic Promoter Database show that the +2～-71 region of this sequence is about 50% similarity to the key sequence of tomato pollen special gene LAT52 promoter and sunflower anther special gene SF2 promoter.更多还原
